Usually I hit a wicked slice! I try some adjustments but I can only get it to go straight by pulling it left. I have tried coming inside out. I have lined up tee's, put stuff to make sure I come inside. Pushed a ball with the back of my club... stuck something in my right armpit. When I try to turn my wrists over I just hook it like crazy!! If I try to hold off I still sliceeeeee........ I am coming in way to steep with my driver, woods, even irons (though not too bad effect)... how can i get over this block. I have tried holding the club 6 inches over the ball and swinging etc.
I just have a huge mental block!! How can I get over this block?

I see you may be going to VT. Why don't you try heading down to talk to one of the golf coaches and see if they can help you out with a drill. Hardwick and sharp are the coaches.
It is not a mental block: You cannot think your way through a golf-swing. You probably do something wrong in your takeway, backswing leading you to come over the top on the downswing. As a quick 'fix' you could try the following swing thought: From the top of the backswing, try to poke yourself in your right side with your right elbow during the downswing (without actually doing that). This might help you to keep the club from going outside. And if you manage to find the correct feeling, you may be able to find a good takeway, backswing that brings you to a top position from where you automatically make the correct downswing (because the mid-swing swing thought will turn stale).
I'd suggest going lower for longer. By this I mean when you take the club away, try and go further out as you may be picking the club up too quickly. Also make the swing slightly shorter so that you have more control. If none of this works, The old favourite comes to mind, See a Pro.

That might work. You could even try setting up with the club a foot (or even more) behind the ball, basically eliminating the first part of the takeaway/backswing.
the golf lessons at tech cost money, more than home... but I might. so when you hit a driver you are trying to hit it up in the air? like almost scoop it up? Whenever i miss hit i takea divot......

Well I wouldn't say you have to 'scoop' the ball. It's more of a 'sweep'. Just practice at the range with the rubber tees, and practice sweeping the top of those.
And paying money for lessons will be well worth it in the end. I guarentee my friend
