2 small problems with driver that need fixed

First off I am crossing across the ball and secondly I was told with my swing I have an extra hinge at the top where he said I get into a poor slot and must fight the club and that doing thing gets my body out of tempo with other parts and my hands get ahead or something like that. How do I fix this?

Cool

Who is the "HE" that you mention? It sounds like you are talking about a golf instructor is telling you this. If that's the case, I'd recommend you ask "HIM". Without seeing your swing, I'd just be guessing if I were to recommend something for you. Sorry.

Sorry I was not clear he is a 10 handicap at a local golf store who does club fitting and is the owner of the store. I come back like any would and at the end of my swing I take another hinge which puts me beyond paralel or so.

One of the rules I live by is; Never take swing advice from the 10 handicap, club fitter at the local golf shop. If you're having serious issues with your swing, it would be a good idea to see a pro for an hour or so and get it fixed up.

Well first off this gentleman is very good for a long game and his swing is very similar to mine and he has fought the same as I have and the driver he set me up with fits me perfectly. So I do trust him but I also understand where you are coming from.

Try swinging easier, when I get out of whack is when I try and crush the ball.
