momentus (weighted club)

I have just aquired a momentus weighted training club, but no video. Is there a way to swing the club to get the most benefit. At the moment I am going into about a 1/4 forward swing and then swinging up to full backswing and the just letting the club fall and its weight pull me through. MM

I have one and the video says to swing the club about 8 inches forward, then swing to the top of your backswing, and finish the swing.

Yes, that is exactly how I do it. I sometimes pause for 1-2 seconds at 3/4 backswing and then swing through. I do sets of 15-20 of each.
