Question How to introduce golf swing to beginner?

From the basic of swing plane, takeaway, ....

My friend who is 9 handicapper learned by first doing very short backswing till ball was getting hit ok and then gradually over time he lengthened his swing.

basically, address a ball, grip, and posture. Also, when you back swing, do not speedy.....
