How many times have you tried the S&T? Once? Twice? Thrice? Two weeks?

Re: Stack & Tilt

How come it doesn't even look like they are tilting on their actual swing? When I tilt on my backswing it clearly looks like I'm tilting. So do they know exactly the right time to tilt or what?

Short iron shots will look more tilted than Driver swing.. Who are you watching? The magazine or actual swing?

For me, I have been in and out of S&T a few times. It seems best be used from Rough or with short irons. It also seems hip thrust is very important. If you don't, it'd be worse than the modern swing when it's bad. That's probably why it works better at the range than during the real round.

Does anyone have video of Lee trevino swing somewhere? His swing is the easiest way to release the hips. I'd like to mix his swing with S&T but I can't find his swing video anywhere..

Watch this video carefully . . . GolfDigest.com - Multimedia

There's a lot of tilt in the lesson. Follow this lesson and it should help you out.

I'm watching Aaron Baddeley, Will Mckenzie, Steve Elkington, and Dean Wilson. And even when I watch Aaron Baddeley's pitch wedge shots it still looks like he is not tilting.

Careful there... you're giving out false information. Or, you're just not getting it right.

The S&T swing helps with the driver and fairways woods as well as any other club in the bag, excl. the putter, of course. My game has improved in all facets of the game.

The driving range is worthless. The mats do no justice to anyone's swing. Grass, otoh, is best for the S&T, or any other swing.

Have patience, take your time, and you should better yourself for it.

That's because they are better than us and know how to swing their clubs.

The reason you think you are twisting so much is ... you probably are!

Got a big mirror so you can see your own swing? Use it. You'll see what you are doing,
then you can improve from there.

Yeah, I'm with you. I thought it was great at the range, but shot 90 trying it at the course. I went back to my regular swing last weekend.

Re: Stack & Tilt

Are you guys trying the S&T like only once? did you learn your current swing the first day you tried it?

The S&T swing isn't for everyone.. but it seems many of you aren't giving it a chance. I don't care if you can't do it, but so many of you have zero patience, and you should know that patience in this game is the biggest part of the game.

Enjoy whatever suits you.... I prefer the S&T... it upped my game tremendously.

Re: Stack & Tilt

If I saw an advantage in it, I would give it more time. I got a little less power, and less accuracy.

My curiosity level is up high today. Since this swing is working for me, I'm finding the need to know why it
isn't working for you guys. If your current swing works better for ya, then you definitely don't need this one.

Thanks for letting me know.

You must be doing something wrong. That ain't right if your hip is popping.

I had a little soreness after the first couple of sessions, but it was the left side of my torso from using muscles
that weren't used to moving like that. I have no soreness or any other problems with this swing.
