Re: slow hands? forearm rotation????

Think of and try to strike a large match that you are holding in your right hand against the side of a large matchbox that is sitting in the hitting area. Think about it, can you see it in your mind? If you slow hands down to strike the match how would the match lite? Only with the motion one uses to strike a match gives the club/hands the increase speed they need to give the ball the pop that you are looking for. There will be no slow down of the hands/arms through impact. One other thing, anytime one uses their hands and arms to try to make the ball go straight, will only cause them to slow down. Use your hands and arms to deliver the club to the ball, and let your setup take the ball to the target.

Swing around the body and don't swing to finish at the target line. The hands have to follow the shoulder rotation and the arms attached to them. If need be you can adjust to a stronger grip.
