Advice needed for Utility Club purchase

I'm looking to try a utlility club for the 1st time.
I struggle with 3 / 4 / sometimes 5 irons.
What loft do you guys advise ?

i beleive the normal is usually 19 or 20 degrees for the 3 iron, 23 for the 4 and probably 27 for the 5. I have owned the hybrid replacments for the 3 and 4 only.

I like my 3, 4 and 5 Hybrids. The loft will vary by brand/model. If you get more than one just make sure you have 3-4 degrees between them. You will love how high you can fly these things over trees even out of the rough and still be able to punch shot them when needed.

Make sure you try out different kinds at the range, there is a big difference between taylormade, callaway, titleist etc. I recommend the Callaway Heavenwood series; they are very forgiving for mid handicappers like me.

Now that I thought about your question a little more if you are getting just 1 Hybrid a #4 about 23 degrees might be your best bet.
