Sore

Please check the following picture which pin points the sore point on my left hand on my finger. (Not my drawing just the best picture i could find on google!)

I have no wear on my glove and its only been happening over the last 2 weeks. Anyone have any idea why this is happening?

If you use an interlock grip, stop squeezing so hard with your low hand.

Yes i do use interlocking. Will give it a try, although it never feels that your holding to tight :)
