O-Factor

I've been studying up on GOLF magazine's article on the "O-Factor" lately and I want to give it a try. If you haven't read about this, the O-Factor is what angle your hips are at. If they are level, its neutral, tilted up is positive. It explains that the hips should start slighty positive at address, neutral at the top, and the downswing should begin with the left hip turning left and pulling upwards through impact. Has anyone here tried the O-Factor and if so, any thoughts on it or tips?
