Hold on to the club a little longer before you release it. It will keep the club face open at impact. You could also adjust your grip to open the club face. I think it's just personal preference as to which method you use.
Weaken your grip and stand slightly open to target. Don't change your fundamental swing. If this does't work see your local Pro for a quick lesson. Good luck.

You really need the open alignment as voss said. Your stance, hips and very importantly your shoulders have to be aimed left in order for you to swing outside-in in relation to your target.
If you have the alignment down but you're hitting it straight left or pull hooking it, then your grip is too strong and you've got to limit your wrist action through impact.
Assuming you have a neutral swing and grip etc, it is easy, if not, any advice given on here will be hit and miss without further info.
With a good swing and grip, you aim the clubface at the target (where ball will finish), aim your feet/hips/shoulders where you want the ball to start and then grip the club (which will now feel open to your stance). There are a couple of important things to remember - grip, make sure you take your normal grip! I have seen many people changing a perfectly good grip on a normal shot and then strengthening or weakening and finding they end up hitting straight left where their body points of getting a weak cut because they cannot get the clubface back to square. Of course, if your regular grip is not neutral, this adds some confusion to this picture. Second point to remember is ball position. When you aim left with body, you cannot do it simply by moving one foot and leaving the other fixed. You have to think about aiming by moving on an arc. Effectively you have your club behind the ball and you move in a circle with the ball at the centre and your feet on the circumference. If you do not do it this way, you will find the ball in the wrong position.
