What golf ball should I use
I Have a less than stella club head speed and I seek the ideal ball that will get me the most out of it. Any body with any clues I would grateful. I have a club head speed of around 85 with a 5 iron.

85 MPH with a 5-iron is pretty fast. I think most balls on the market would perform well for a person with that swing speed. If you're alluding to the fact that you want to try a softer ball, try a Srixon AD333, Titleist DT SoLo, or Dunlop LoCo.
