Hey guy's. Well, I'm absolouty extactic with my whole golf game right now, I have been hitting almost everything the way I want to now a days, irons are nice and smooth, short game is great...except my driver hasn't been the best club in my bag...basicaly maybe 4-5 times in my round, i'll hit a driver shot very high and right. I'm not really sure how to fix it so if you guy's have any tips I would really apprecitate it. Thanks.
Is it an actual slice (turning from left to right) or is it just starting right and going straight right? If it's an actual slice it's probably an over the top move with an open clubface but if its just heading straight right you could be entering the hitting area from the inside too much and/or getting the club too far behind the rest of your body (getting 'stuck').
If you can possibly put a video up we could help you more.

Yes, since I am a smaller guy I fire my hips to early so the club laggs a little behind me. I have been working on tring to fix it, but I thought it might be somehting else. I will try get a video on here asap.
I use to have that problem. What worked for me was to keep my right elbow close to my right hip on my downswing, that helped me close the face at impact.

I had the high right miss all last season. I hit a push fade on an orbital trajectory.
Anyway, in my case, I was getting the club too far inside on the way back and not firing my arms through impact. The result was a gross fade or a snapper.
All I've done to fix it (working 100% so far) is take the club back lower and slower on an outside path and make sure I fire my arms instead of whirling my body through impact. My clubhead speed is more stable from drive to drive (lots of simulator play) and I'm hitting bomb draws again.
I know this is going to sound un ethical and you shouldnt do it ,But if you want to fix that slice in a hurry in a pinch, smear some chap stick on the face of your driver. It will take the spin off the ball and it will go straight as an arrow:)
Just dont let anyone know I told you that and dont let anyone see you doing it .And after a while of doing that as the chap stick wears off you will find your self hitting it straight with out it .I dont use it any more on my driver but thats how i tought myself what it felt like to hit it straight and eventually you will over come that slice .I apo;igise for giving a kind of underhanded tip and its cheating to alter a club if your in compitition ,But if your just playing for fun and want to cure that slice in a hurry give it a try .It works
Well lets see
1. Don't go over the top.
2. Quit Golf
3. use your Right hand " if your a righty " and force the stupid pill out to the left and ease off
4. Shorten backswing until it is straight, then keep doing it, and slowly extend until your full
5. Dont cross parallel with driver EDIT* ANY CLUB
The best tip I can give is to know your club will go down the target line but your arms will follow your shoulders. If your shoulders are open while you strike the ball (which is what happens when over the top) yo uwill slice it across the ball. Keep your shoulders pointed at the target as long as possbile without opening up. You will feel your stance is closed (it's not really), but that's what is necessary to not slice across the ball.
