Down swing help

Hey, I got a free swing review from golf galaxy and they showed me when i made my swing i was at one angle and when i went through with my down swing it was at a different path. I was just wondering how I could correct this?

Re: Down swing help

How severe was it? How many degrees of difference? Not many golfers have it exactly the same. Did they say there was a problem, or just that it was different?

Also, which way around was it? Steep on the way up, and flat on the way down? Or the other way around?

Re: Down swing help

Question is, how are you hitting them?
It does not matter how the ball flight is, as long as you have decent distance and you have a repeatable swing and ball flight, why worry?
How about Jim Furyk's or Lee Travino's swing ?
If you have a reliable and repeatable swing with decent distance, don't throw it away for the "perfect swing".

I would only change or modify my full swing if I could improve the distance by a large margin or if I could execute certain shot more consistant.
Of course if the original swing was not reliable or lack of distance to start with, I would be open to learn, very quickly.
