Hi,
I have been working on tempo and swing speed. I have a 91mph swing speed hit a slight draw. on the Launch monitor session I used my usual prov1x balls with a callaway FT5 driver Diamani Blue Board shaft stiff flex. I hit several drives and all where similar lunch conditions and distance, with only slight differences. My efficency nimber was 92 meaning I get the most out of my swing. Any suggestions for increasind swing speed. if I can get up to the high 90's that would be great. I currently hit my driver 243-250. Thanks
Among the most effective things is to swing a weighted club. You work those golf specific muscles that way. Not full-speed swings, but quarter-speed, half-speed, etc. Doing an exercise regimen designed to increase flexibility is another option.
Having a pro look at your swing for power leaks, as tt suggested, is also an option. Perhaps having a complete fitting done finding the perfect driver head and shaft could be looked into, also. With that speed, you probably should be hitting at least an 11 degree driver, maybe higher -- depending on your angle of attack.
I increased my swing speed, and flexibility by using a weighted club. 15 years ago, my swing speed was measured at 92 mph. The last time I had it checked, it averaged out to 117 mph across 20 swings.
I'm a firm believer in working with a weighted club to add distance, because it worked so well for me. Your results may vary. Good luck with whatever you decide to do.

I did have a full driver fitting at Hot Stixs. They came up with a 10.5 callaway Neutral diamani Stillf shaft. We must have tried 15-20 different combos of the 2 hr fitting. My Launch angel was
13.8 selected prov1x as the best ball for me and one extra wrap under the top half of the grip.

An alternative (although I have the momentus iron) is the Tempo timer or Sklz Power Sleeve. It is a 9.5 ounce sleeve that fits every club in the bag. I am still trying to use it on my regular flex driver to hit with but it really causes the shaft to flex if swung improperly.
