i want some help with my swing because whenever i hit my ball, it will slice to the right. i dont know what i am doing wrong.

I am not a pro or anything, actually new to the game as well. But to me you look like you are just hacking away at the ball. Slow down a little and let the club swing. I would suggest shooting that video again. Setup and swing. Your second swing looked rushed. I am sure others will have a lot more to offer.

what's up with the forward motion?? you only do that for your practice swings or do you somehow swing like that when you line up with a ball? you're starting your downswing with your arms and shoulder, it causes an outside-in swing path which causes a slice or push ball. if you can, get a video of your swing where we can see your swing from behind you

Your tempo is uneven.

You need a more stable lower body.

You have a reverse pivot on the backswing.

Your waggle is way too fast.

I don't know what the purpose of that forward swing prior to the backswing.

Why dont you post a video of you actually hitting the ball. Your swing will be totally different and we can see what it really loks like.

Start by shifting your weight to start onto your right foot. You are way off balance which causes a number of other issues. Thats where I would start. I think that is leading to all your lower body movement.
