I need some tips on how to finish my club fitting?
Well I'm not the guy fitting, that has to be said, my pro is. Thing is he is really busy and doesn't seem to have the time to help me figure out how to fit my clubs the best.
When we tested it the first time contact on the face was towards the shanking area and the club bottomed on the heel, meaning the club was to flat for me. The cure was 2 degrees more upright. We tried it on one of the clubs but honestly I'm not sure if it made much of a difference.
Although I did hit it every time on the heel(or was it the toe)? It should have been more upright, I remember that much.
So I have a lie issue, as well as a length issue, I felt the clubs where to long for me but now I have adjusted to it and I don't feel I'm struggling. But how could I test this? grip down an inch and write down the results for 10 balls then take the normal grip and this hit 10 balls?
I also felt the clubs where to heavy, but I have adjusted to that as well, I have maybe gotten a little stronger, I'm not sure.
The grip: Really don't like the grip, it's very slippery when its wet and its a little bit to big for me, so a rain grip thats a little smaller might to the trick? I also get moist in my hands so something that can support a little moist would have to be good?
Thats about it. Length, Lie and grip.. Since he is kind of unavailable and I want to finish the club fitting NOW and push him a little bit all tips that can help me figure out this on my own with or without impact tape would be good.
