I think your problem is a lack of periods and proper capitalization.
I'm sorry, I just couldn't resist...
In all seriousness, though, I am curious about how handsy your swing is. That is, do you have a lot of hand manipulation in your swing that would require timing... because that is one explanation why you can play well one day and not the next AND how you can have "perfect" practice swings and not good "real" ones.
Because a handsy swing requires a timing -- if your timing is good then you can hit good shots one day and then the next day when your timing is off, you'll hit poor shots.
Also, when you are relaxed, like when doing a practice swing or at the range, it is easy to get the timing right. But, when you stand over the "real" shot, completely uncontrollable by you, your body will release adrenaline in response to the tension. Adrenaline can be a killer of a manipulated swing, because adrenaline makes your muscles fire faster and more powerfully -- if you are relying on your hand muscles in any part of your golf swing, it really boils down to a matter of luck if your adrenaline fueled muscles manipulate the hand correctly to hit a good shot.
It is at least one thing to think about. I'm sure other people will add other things to consider, if they can read the post. I'm not trying to be mean here, but it is really difficult to read and understand your post. If you come back to the forum soon enough, you can edit the post, and I'd highly encourage you to break your long string of words into sentences and uncapitalize the words to make your post much, much, much easier to read.
