Spine tilted at the top?

I ran across this pic where the originator stated the green line indicates the spine angle. Is it?

I would say no. Since the shoulders are rotated further than the hips here, this green line shows a lot more angle than there really is. If you look at where the center of the golfer's neck is, and the midpoint between the hips, you can see there is very little spine tilt here.
