Woods going fairly straight, but still hooking my irons..

My woods are going fairly straight now, but I am still hooking my irons. The flight of the ball starts out straight but ends up 15-20 yards left of the target. Any ideas or exercises to help me get out of this funk. Thanks for any help..

Check your grip...number one place to look...make sure that you aren't loosening at the top, that the alignment is the same at address as at impact (slow swings can preview this) and focus on hitting the ball to the target over just staring at the ball and thinking about your swing...let your dynamic swing animal out of the cage, but check the grip since this is where the rubber meets the road so to speak...

If your ball is going straight to to the flag then turns to the left it is not a draw. You are swinging directly down the target line making contact with a closed face. That being the case, alignment is the problem. Think about what your alignment would have been, in fact, if your flag was positioned 15 yards to the left.

Put another way? Just swing and don't let the ball get in the way.
