Angry Can you help me ?

I'm taking divot's after the ball on the tee.
I know that at times I peek and also swing hard as well....Also at times my body goes up like a helium filled baloon.......Those are easy solves, but mostly I take the divot when I'm stationary.............CAN ANYONE HELP ME ? ?

Well if this is a driver or 3-wood tells me you are playing the ball to far back in your stance catching the ball while the clud is still descending. Play it off your left instep so you catch it slightly on the upswing. or just after the apex of the downswing.

Now for irons that is perfect to take a little divot in front of the ball and is a skill hard to master.

play the ball off of your left heel if you are a right handed golfer.
