Staying down

I figured out that the reason i hit popups/slices with my driver is that i dont actually hit the tee and also i swing up at impact. Swinging at the tee without a ball helps a bit, but i still do it fairly often. any suggestions?

Where do you have the ball positioned? Make sure it's back around four or so inches from the left heel with your feet positioned just outside of your hips.

I'd try moving the ball back and see how it goes. A lot of players play their drivers just forward of center in their stance. It might be awkward at first but I think it would be worth trying at a range session.
