g'day

If you are swinging on plane, the only problems it seems to me would be possible lateral movement or independent 'hitting' by the hands. Have you noticed either of these things creeping into your game. Is your left arm totally relaxed at address or are you 'reaching'. That can cause a slice.

Not bending enough at the hips will cause you to be too upright and usually results in a lot of "thinned" shots. Bending too much at the hips is the major cause of excessive head movement because we are out of balance. A good check would be to address the ball and have someone check to make sure your shaft is perpendicular to your spine. If it is, your address posture is pretty good.
