In fact the body already 'knows' where the hole is. If the person can get out of their own way and let the putt 'putt itself' as rawhiti did, it will 'always' find the hole. The 'distraction' of having a migraine and a 'blind eye' means that the putt was allowed to happen while the 'trying mind' was distracted.
The cerebellum coordinates all bodily movement and providing there is at least a superficial assessment of the green and hole, it has recorded what needs to be known. (It is also behind my 'spooky' left hand which always points to the target line when relaxed) The reason it is hard to utilise this fact is the interference of the conscious 'trying' mind of the person putting
Tim Galwey, author of the Inner Game, based an entire book on methods of distracting the 'trying mind' in order to play 'out of your head'.
I just hope raw does not need to get migraines in order to putt well
