That's an easy lob wedge for me. It would be a perfect 64* wedge shot, if I had one that is.

Don't carry a lob wedge. I hit a sandwede. Just feel more confortable with it. The only time I would hit a lob wedge is if I had to over a tree or something.

80 yards would be a LW, but I'd hit a half SW probably.

depends if i have anything to carry or if i have straight fairway from me to the green.

if a carry, then i'd pull my 54* out. if all fairway, then maybe a pitching wedge as my feel has been pretty good lately.

Usually a 1/2 sand wedge or 3/4 pitching wedge. Either way, both are usually bad options for me. I would much rather have a full shot.

I use as little loft as possible, trying to get the ball down and rolling quickly. Always work with as much green as you can.

So to answer your question, anything from a 6-iron to a Sand Wedge depending on the dictated carry.

I don't carry a LW, 80 yards is a choked down full SW for me. I know some people swear by their LW, but for me it's about course managment. Don't hit it past your distance for a full swing with your shortest club, when possible. Also, regardless of whether you carry a LW or not there are going to be times when you have to hit touch shots with a variety of clubs. I hit my SW very high and couldn't imagine a need for a stick that flys higher. If you have a lower ball flight a LW might be a necessity.

A 3/4 60 degree wedge for me. This is my favorite distance to hit into any pin location. Comes off a little lower than full with minimal spin so the ball just stops where it lands.

Most of the time from 80 yds and in I hit my 60* wedge, occasionally I will try to run it up depending on hazards and slope of the green.

Sandwedge because it is easier to control than an all out lobster...

It depends on the shot, but I'd probably take a little swing with my 50* and let it roll out a couple of yards.
