If you're looking for a driving iron, look no further. Very dependable launch, distance & control. Easy to hit either way. Very reliable off the tee, a little trickier off the deck. Not hard, but you really have to stay down & through on it.
I can't vouch for the NV shafted model as i took one out with a s300 shaft. Like a 2i on steroids(19* that is).
Outside of the Bridgestone airmuscle, which i have yet to get ahold of to try, this is the best driving iron on the market, IMHO.
