Talking Introduce yourself!! ( thearn3 )

I'm a middle aged, balding, golf addict whose game is not like I would like it to be. ( so what else is new !!) Our golf season in this part of Canada is short so we get in as much as we can without either getting a divorce or being estranged from the kids.

I am also a small time clubmaker and fitter and fit the profile of a moderate golf club Ho. My big frustration this year so far is that I cannot seem to hit the GIR and have to bring in the "A" short game to make the scores respectable. ( or not!! )

I look forward to talking with people with similar interests and sharing ideas on clubs and courses to play!

i like to play further north.
Favorites:
Emma Lake Golf- is what I play on most... Short, but very nice course with elevation changes and dog legs.
Elk Ridge Golf- Very challanging, get there a few times.

around saskatoon:
Moon Lake- nice course. they have a few different 9 hole set ups.
Warman Golf- 9 hole course, not great but the memberships are cheap and it is a good place to practice.

Other than those I havnt played very many courses. We have a new one around here called Dakota Dunes, supposed to be an excellent course, i think I will check it out next.
