Hello Im a new golfer with some fundamental problems, the most common
is hitting fat shots both with the driver and the irons, what can cause
this ?

Welcome. Lots of good people and advice here. It's been a long time since I was a beginner, but here's some thoughts. Try swinging a little bit slower and gripping the club a bit looser. These two faults are the ones I've observed most often in beginners. Good luck and I hope you stay with this wonderful game.
