Post Old Tommy Armour Ironmaster Putters

I like collecting these old putters, and recently bought one where the green sheathed putter shaft had turned black. Any ideas on if it is possible to get it back to the green color that it was originally?

Contact Maltbie Golf (via search engine). I've had good luck with them on everything concerning golf.
