**Future Professional**

Hi everyone!!!
My name is Elizabeth and I just recently graduated from college. I have played golf for pretty much my entire life and I truely love it! I couldn't possibly imagine my life without this awesome game! Every since I can remember I have always dreamed about becoming a professional and playing on the LPGA tour. I plan on going to qualifying school in the fall of '07. In the meanwhile, I am hoping to get into the PGA of America and become a PGA Professional. I am currently working at a golf course right now and saving up money for both Q-school and the PGA program. I look forward to hopefully getting to know everyone and sharing my golf experience and learning as well!
Lizzy

Good luck with your ventures. The PGM books are a lot of work, but offer a great introduction to the different areas of the golf profession. Let me know if you have any questions.

Welcome aboard. I never made it to the professional ranks, just played amateur competitions and now seniors. Good luck on your golf and hope all your dreams come true.

I have a question about going pro though
Do you have to play college golf to go pro?
I would love to play college golf but I think its to late for any colleges to take any intrest in me and my golf(which isnt to great).

O im a sophmore in HS right now, but im not trying out right this year because im 100% sure i wont make it so im trying out next year

If you don`t try out then you are right, you will not make it!!If you try you might fool yourself and make it and have fun playing while trying.GO FOR IT!!!!!

whats your name, so when you get on tour you can update us and we can check your stats.. and to krek, if you dont have the confidence to make your sophmore hs team, then it will be a long way to the tour, go for it, nothings hurting if you dont make it

I agree. You won't get better until you find those that are better then you and takem on. Watch, ask questions, then practise what you learn. Golfers are great folks for the most part. Engage man...don't say no for them

Try out this year...the biggest regreat I have is not trying out for my HS team when I know I should have...I kept "waiting till next year" and never went out.
