Hello from Western Massachusetts
As a new member, I would like to say hello and Happy Holidays to all! No snow here yet and a few courses still open for us hardcore. Looking forward to getting info on winter golf trips because I know we're on borrowed time----

Welcome to Golf Rewind! my wife is from Agawam. We were just up to Westfield about 2 months ago and the highs were only 55* then, couldn't wait to get back to the 80's after a few days. the colours of the trees were nice though , especially since we hadn't seen them in many years.

I went to Hampshire College and I know you are about to get alot colder than 55 from a couple of months ago...welcome to the site and cheers to the pioneer valley (and all the Smith and Mt. Holoyoke students therein...talk about good times!)...

I am from MA too, but probably not as far west. I'm more in the middle!

Hey, is The Ranch still open?

Hey, is The Ranch still open?

Sorry to tell you but the Ranch is closed for the season. I've played it a couple times---it's a nice track. I live in near The Orchards golf course in South Hadley. It's a great little course if you ever get the chance----

I live in Worcester so my friend and I took a trip to The Ranch last summer (exactly 1-hour from home). We paid the full weekend rate of $110 but we loved the course and had no regrets. Didn't end up getting out there this season even though we promised each other we'd go back.
