Howdy

Hey Guys!

My name is Stu. Im 21 and about a ~20 handicap. I played alot as a kid, but was constantly fighting my golf swing with my baseball swing.

Now Im getting my game back and slowly torturing myself with my old set of MP14 clubs.

My bag is as follows:

KZG Maraging Power 7.5* (Soon to be Titleist 975JVS 8.5)
Callaway BB 2 Wood (soon to be replaced, looking at 980f or V Steel)
Mizuno MP14 3-PW
Titleist Sand Wedge (not Vokey)
Original Arnold Palmer Putter (old school style)

Balls... pretty much whatever I can find. I feel that the more attached I get to the ball, the more likely I am to lose said ball. Thus, my best golf is often played with Top Rocks... that is until I begin to like that particular Top Rock... then its all downhill.

Golf is just dandy!

Welcome to the site. I know what you mean struggling with swings. I'm 19 and played baseball for about 12 years and some of my swing tendancies from baseball sure don't help. Anyways, I'm sure you'll love it here, there's lots of helpful people.

Welcome aboard. You'll love this site. I played a lot of baseball in my younger days and once I realized that hitting a golf ball calls for a different wrist break than hitting a baseball, it became much easier.
