Hi Pundi. Where is Hau Hin in relation to Phuket? I have a villa booked in late May in Khao Lak, about 45 minutes or an hour from Phuket. I heard late May isn't the best time of year to visit that area but I got a great deal on the villa. I was really looking forward to snorkeling around there, though.
The villa is normally $600 USD per night but I guess someone in the IT department accidentally input 600 UGX (Ugandan Schillings). Ultimately, we settled on $50 per night for an oceanfront one bedroom villa with private pool so I'm really looking forward to visiting Thailand for the first time. That is, if I end up booking my ticket.
I always wanted to golf in Thailand but if I actually end up going in May, I'll probably just lounge around the beach and hopefully, take an elephant ride.
