Smile Hello !

Hello everyone, I am from malaysia, I play golf only about a year plenty of things to learn from you all.
I live in the state of Malacca, this small state has only four golf courses. At the moment I paly only once a week I think it hardly enough in order for me to play well,
I must find time and get other golfers to join me.
I paly golf because it allow me to walk and sweat after a day in the office.
Golf is cheap in this part of the world as we have many Japanese and koreans who fly here just to play golf in Malaysia.
That's for now.

Welcome to Golf Rewind. I am also currently in Asia. Seoul, Korea to be exact. Maybe I will be able to make it there one time to golf because golf is so expensive here in Korea.

I don't play the game every day.Tomorrow I will be playing,i play every thurday at 4pm.
My game is still not very stable,I use ed to use driver to tee off now i use iron,my partners who are better players advise me to do so. I feel better using iron as I can hit the ball more consistently.
Any comments?

You may want to post a thread in the Golf Tips forum.

I think you should practice your driver on the range but until you can hit it further and straighter than a long iron, you should keep it in the bag on the course.

I think you're right.
I'm just back from 9 hole game at Tiara golf course Melaka.
I am always being told that I exert too much force when hitting the ball, the moment you used force your body will move and everything'll be haywire u either end up hitting the grass or did not hit at the right impact. I am still very tense when i hit. How to relax when we hit?
