Hello from Northwest Florida
Greetings golfers, Eddie Garrison here. I live up here in Northwest Florida in Pensacola.
I play on a mini tour called the Gulf Coast Golf Tour that runs from January to October. Last year was my first attempt at playing on a mini tour and it was an eye opening yet very fun experience. I never contended for a lead but I learned a LOT about golf and my game in that time span. I only got to play in 4 tournaments but I never finished dead last  This tour is not the caliber of say the Space Coast Tour or North American Tour but it allows us to have a place to play on a min tour all around the southeast United States. We kick off again January 23-24 of 2010 with a 10 tournament season. Just wanted to give a little introduction and say hello to everyone.

Thanks dedstroke2. I'll be keeping everyone on here up to date as much as I can on the upcoming season. Been working hard on the game recently and it is starting to pay off.

Welcome aboard from a fellow Pensacolian. I have retired from competition, but still play a time or two each week at Marcus Pointe. PM me if you'd like to play here sometime.

Billyg - Thank you very much Billy. Yeah I saw you lived there at Marcus, may have to take you up on that sometime soon. Played there Saturday and man was it windy.

Hey Welcome!
I find this is a heck of a place to hang out when the irons are resting! Pull up a keyboard. Regards to John Daly, by the way. Saw a ten year old tourney on Golf Channel against he and Cousins....

Welcome Eddie. My hometown is Pensacola...caddied in the Pensacola Open Pro-am one year when it was at Perdido. Johnny Pott and George Knuedson (sp?) were the pros in the group...that sorta dates me?

crossgrain - I remember the old Pensacola Opens. A few of them on the old Hogan tour were at Marcus Pointe when they first setup shop some 15 years ago. Thanks for the welcome
