Greetings from Ireland
Hi there everyone! I have found my way here thanks to ForgedRbest posting elsewhere and first impressions are
 Anyhow, im probably a youngster around here at 22 years old and as you no doubt have realised, im from Belfast in Ireland. I have been playing golf probably for 10 years and got down to 8 at about 17 yo only to find women and uni distracting me!  Finally I have realised women are no replacement for golf and having become a research student, Im having to play more and more golf to try out all my latest theories!So anyhow, im on the path to try and understand the equipment alot more. My other big hobby is home theater and you may call me a hardware geek, so i think it is about time that I learn what exactly shaft X does better than Y and so on. So if I ask a few naive questions, please forgive me! So I hope to chat with you all further Ad

Thanks guys! It is nice to find a friendly golfing forum. I saw that other one and it took me about 2 threads to decide I didnt even want to get involved!
Im actually an old forum hand and I moderate on the Uk's best (im biased of course!) home theater forum. So now im going to have to go and read through all the older threads and dig up some interesting equipment info! :D Ad
