I'm 18 and have played golf for one year.
I am a 15handicapper but hope to come down to single-hcp before spring comes. I think this forum with its members will be of help to me with all the tips and the share of knowledge.

Welcome to Golf Rewind! Anyone from the country that produced Annika Sorenstam is a friend.

Good luck bringing your handicap down, but how will you be able to do that over the winter in Sweden? Isn't the weather rather cold, prohibiting you from getting out on the course and playing?

Oh yes, it's rather chilly, but i live in the south, where the snow don't come until november, so i will try to make the most out of september and october.

Welcome to Golf Rewind, golden balche! There are many people of Swedish descent where I live (Minnesota, USA), including my wife. She has a third-cousin who lives in Sweden; they exchange Christmas cards/letters every December. Fortunately, my wife's cousin Ingrid writes in English. The only thing my wife can say in Swedish is, "Mother, see my cow." That's not very useful in a Christmas letter.
