Greetings from Nova Scotia, Canada where unfortunately we are expected to get up to 8in of snow over the weekend. I have been waiting endless for the winter to depart and the ranges and courses to start opening but it does not look like that's happening any time soon. I just found your site and hope that it will be of help to me in my endless pursuit to become a a better golfer.
Welcome, delong19. I repeat my earlier observation that late winter is the toughest time of year for golfers who live where it snows. Hard to imagine ourselves wearing shorts and walking down fairways, keeping ourselves hydrated because it's so hot, etc. But hang in; those days are coming. (And when they do, it'll be hard to imagine ourselves bundled up for winter, slipping on icy sidewalks, etc.)
Welcome to GR delong19, from a fellow sufferer in SE Michigan. We got another 3 inches last night and it's not supposed to crack 35*F for at least a week here... it has to end sometime ....doesn't it ? Happy posting.
Welcome fellow canuck
Funny how things are. We were on the brink of seeing the grass under the melting snow only 2 weeks ago, and then we have over a foot of snow fall on us in the last 2 weeks. And more on the way tomorow.
We were indoors on tuesday morning hitting balls into a sim and thinking how in 2000 we were playing on grass outside on that very same date.
