I just picked up a set over the weekend ($325 on ebay) and am very pleased with the results. The club head is a little heavier than the Taylormade LT2's I've been using, but at least I can feel the head in the swing now. The X-18 Pro's are about a club longer than the LT2's so I'll most likley be taking the 3i and 4i out of the bag as I'll have over lapping gaps with a couple of my fairway woods.

The clubs feel very soild and of the sets I've owned this year (TM MB's, LT, 2005 TP, and the LT2) I have to say I prefer the X-18's

I'll take them out tomorrow and see how I score.

Well I took them out yesterday and could not get use to the offset or how they look at setup. They've been sold on ebay and I'm back to the LT2's

Darn I love mine! They are extremely forgiving and long. Not as long as blades but they are awesome!

I think you have to look into the pro series of the callaway X-16 & x-18 irons... None of the annoying offest and they play well.

i tried these out at a demo event. i tried a 6 iron callaway x-18 pro and i tried out an x-tour. these 2 clubs have ALMOST the same feeling when you swing it and make impact. so if you use the x-18 pro, the transaction to the x-tour will be alot easier than the x-18.

Just bought a new set. They feel great to swing. Better then the Taylor Made and Nike Slingshots.

Another note, Mizuno MP-14's came a close 2nd to these and cost half the price

this feels pretty good to me...the price is decent and can easily be bargained on ebay at an affordable price.
