I just got a set of these with the Uniflex steel and I must say that these clubs really make a difference. I've been a 20 hdc for the past 3 years and I finally got these clubs and immediately went 85 and 81(a personal best). One thing I might add, I was fitted 2 degrees upright with these Fusions and that might actually be the reason behind my new found consistency, but I swear these Fusions hit longer and more forgiving than my old Hawkeyes.
All my mates think they're hideous but i love the look of them. Over here in New Zealand its $2699 for 3-PW so i haven't had an opportunity to hit them.
Michael Campbell uses these and his U.S Open win will tell you how much they're working for him.(But then again, his recent form has been shocking).
I used to sell clubs in a pro shop and I was actually pretty good friends with our callaway rep and when we got these clubs he had a full demo set and we went to a local course and I got to play a round with these clubs and I will admit these clubs were very impressive. I for one have never liked anything callaway has made, I cant stand fat top lines and soles and callaway normally has both. The fusions were a plesent surprise from callaway for me though
I hit these right now. I **** love them!!!! Awesome clubs. Accuracy is great even on miss hits. You can work the ball really good. I think I have FINNALY found my match and these will stay in the bag for quit some time. I have the S300 steel shafts

These irons are very workable... The ball flight is perfect. I think these are the best irons Callaway has come out with.... Cant wait to hit the wide sole version... "Cant wait for the price to come down either"
I havent hit them recently, the last time i hit i was impressed by the feel and the flight. The price however was around £900 ($1800) at the time of launch.
I have a set that I bounce back/forth with from the R7TP's and as easy to hit as the TP's are, the Fusion are even easier to hit and much more reliable as far as distance and trajectory.
It's just point and shoot with the Fusion. I play a draw and when I play the Fusions I have to remember that they just want to go straight. What a terrible problem to deal with....
I also had the Fusions for 2 seasons...bought them used for $400.....hit them great, but got a deal at Edwin Watts to get the Fusion wide soles new in box for only $600....and they gave me $240 for my used fusions.....still breaking in the new wide soles....I am very pleased with the #3 & #4 irons...I like them better than regular hybrids.
