Nike Slingshots
I'm thinking about making this my next set up irons. I would like to get some feedback. Do you like them or do you recommend something else for the money?

I use the original Slingshots, not the 2006 OSS or Tour Models. The thing I like the most about them is the ease of getting the ball up in the air which makes it easier to hold greens on approach shots. The thing I sometimes don't like is they hit the ball so high that it's hard to hit a knockdown shot when needed like into the wind. Some people don't like the bulky look to them but I really don't look at my clubhead when I'm addressing the ball so it doesn't matter to me. If you don't mind hitting the ball straight you'll really like these because it's extremely hard to hit much more than a slight draw or fade with them, they have a tendency to want to hit everything perfectly straight.
Because of the extremely high ball flight I did replace my Slingshot wedge with a Cleveland CG10 for better control and workability. But the ease with which they get the ball in thair makes it fairly easy to hit 4 and 3 irons and get a higher ball flight.
