Movies that you can never NOT watch....

We've got a few movie threads now, but I might as well make another one...

Everyone has 'em...they're the movies that you seem to watch every single time they're on, regardless of how many times you've seem them. They might be some of your favorites, or maybe not, and you just get drawn in by one particular part you enjoy and end up watching the entire movie. Which movies do you find yourself watching time and time again?

For me, there are a couple, one of which is one of my favorite movies, and the other of which isn't really, but I get stuck watching it anyway....

"The Shawshank Redemption" is one...it seems like it's on once a week, late night, and invariably I end up watching it til long past when I wanted to get to sleep. I'm not usually a huge fan of dramas, as I like to laugh at my movies, but this one's just a great movie, and holds my interest each and every time of the 100s of times I've seen it.

The other is "Last of the Mohicans"...I don't really like this movie all that much, but I watch it anyway, for whatever reason. I think I typically come in at the end of it, and that music they play in the "chase scene" draws me in like no other movie tune I've ever heard. So exhilarating and anxiety-inducing. I'm sure I'll now have it stuck in my head for the next two days.

Too many to list, really, but I'll start with a few off the top of my head...

Any movie with Gregory Peck in it...especially westerns.

Pay It Forward - tear jerker but can't not sit through it.

One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest.

Blazing Saddles.

Lot's more but that's all I can think for now.

I have many. I feel so stupid sometimes watching a movie that I have on video or DVD right in front of me, but yet I'll sit there through all the comercials. DUH.
Anyway, any of the Predator movies I'll just watch no matter how many times they come on.
White Men Can't Jump I know almost word for word.
Bruce Lee movies, again word for word.
The older Postman Rings Twice also gets a nod.
And much as I HATE to admit it, Ghost and Dirty Dancing gets airtime everytime.
No matter how much I hate to admit it.

Tombstone is a movie I seem to watch at least once every month. A couple others that always make me stop and watch are Titanic and The American President.

Blade Runner I will always end up watching, because the scene where Roy Batty dies is right at the end.
Blazing Saddles, although I own it on DVD so no incentive any more.
Enter the Dragon

Definitely "The Graduate" . Katherine Ross was beautiful in that movie. Even today seeing that movie, she still looks great.
