What I am thankful for today.
The things that I am thankful for this day are the simple ones.
I am thankful for life, liberty, a new day to live, a child’s smile, a shared memory and common hope for all. I am thankful for the endless rows of American Flags on homes and the men and women in foreign lands that are defending that flag. I am thankful for being able to come home every day and to smile at the fact that my kids have left their golf clubs all over the house, my wife being mad because of it, and that I am home this year to help with the mundane thing of life like cleaning up the house. I am thankful for the busy labor of my wife while she produces the delectable morsels that will feed an army and that family and friends will soon be here enjoy them
I am thankful to be with family and friends that have shared my triumphs and who were there in my times of grief. I am thankful for friends that lie on the floor with me watching football after the turkey dinner. I am thankful for this whole day we set aside to count our blessings and the peace that descends at the end of the day when all the guest depart. I am thankful for the faceless people that are not afraid to share their advice, insights, thoughts and feelings on Golf Rewind.
I am thankful for our country, that God has blessed us all, family, friends, and people like you that make this world worth living.

Very well said Scott! As I'm typing here and listening to my kids scream at each other, I'm wondering if I am thankful, no JUST KIDDING! I'm very thankful to have my health, my wife's healthy and our three children are healthy!
We don't live in a lavish home, it's modest and plenty of play room for the kids outside, etc...thankful for that and the roof over our house.
I'm thankful to have a job and the friends that I've made over the years. Last but not least is the freedom to live in the USA and for the sacrifice that our service men and women have provided for all of us!
We can't let the terrorists win!!!

I'm thankful for a job where I can put a packet of butter in the toaster to see what would happen, have it catch fire, and be lucky enough my supervisor didn't see and no cameras are pointed there. It really happened last night. No word of a lie.
I'm also thankful for life, family, friends, coworkers, people in general, the little things in life, the big things in life, and most of all, my freedom.

I'm not sure I know what to say to that, so I think I'll just let my thoughts not come out to the keyboard....LOL

Everything, pretty much. Having a great job, being able to play lots of golf even though I'm not very good at it, and pretty much everything I have even though it's been a pretty rough day.
