Thanks Anthony, it's been a very good day here with some of my family over and my wife's family too...the dinner/gravy all turned out just fine...wife was stressed a little with it, but it was taken care of, appreciate it man!

I've had my fill of turkey for now...even made some Turkey Soup for the 1st time and man did it turn out good! Sometimes I can get the job done in the kitchen when I'm in the right mood.

Hey! sounds like you have become a "Turkeyholic", I,ve never tried Turkey soup but have had Turkey curry once in a Madras strength sauce-fantastic!
