I am from Port Crane, NY which is about 150 miles south of Albany, NY. Would like to meet some golfers from this area since I don't know anyone else around here that plays.

Im in Slingerlands New York which is a suburb of Albany. We have a nice tournament coming up in October at Western Turnpike G.C. called Golf for Goldens. Its the first Saturday in October. Its a benefit tournament to raise money for Sunshine Golden Retriever Rescue. We expect a great turnout.
I generally play around the area but I have played at Turning Stone and a few places near Syracuse. But have never played anywhere in Binghamton.

That's great, sounds like a great tournament. We have some good courses to play around binghamton. We are having the Champions Tour here for the Dick's Sporting Goods tournament in Endicott this weekend. Also, we have a links style course called Hiawatha Links in apalachin. Good luck in the tournament. I like the the beneficary, I used to have a golden retreiver.

I am from VA, but man, I as a child always had golden retrievers growing up. My mother used to breed them also when i was very young. I was 6 years old, and had 12 puppies, what other child could ever say that?

All I ever wanted was one.

Now that I live by myself in a place that allows pets, I could get one... but I can barely take care of myself!
