The best and most prestigious private clubs in greater Boston are Woodland Golf Club, Braeburn Country Club, and Charles River Country Club.
I don't know who you are, or who you know, but each of those, especially The Country Club, are not exactly courses that can easily be played.
Yeah, that seems strange. Usually people with reciprocal private club deals know where they are playing ahead of time. It's us public course players that have to scramble for places to play!

I doubt The Country Club is part of any reciprocal deal...
You don't think a member from say Winged Foot or Shinnecock could call up and set something up, or vice versa?
I suppose. Although, I guess I don't really know much about the whole situation anyway. But, serious props to anyone that gets to play The Country Club as a guest.

It would depend on the club, but I doubt that most private courses would allow a non-member to just pay to play. I would think you either need to be a guest of a member, or have privileges at another private club.
