I use to play with a zing 2I, it was a good putter inside of 10 ft but i have greater feel with my scotty on longer putts and its as good or better inside 10 ft. Its crazy how much truer the ball rolls with the scotty. I have always loved the b60 putter, my dad played with one about 10 years ago and i loved the sound it would produce on a well struck putt.

Re: Ping Putter Review

so I had not played for 30 years, did a par 3/9 hole at my uncle's place in Mo. then I visited my sister and went out with my brother-in-law to try 18 holes. while he had no putter in his spare bag I shopped the pro shop. I tried about 30 of the putters they had there and bought a ping mini-c G5i. the grip felt great and balance was the best. by the end of 14 holes I couldn't even swing the driver any more...used the three wood as it was lighter...shorter. but,by 9, every green I was two putting at most. 35 foot from the soft rough and was getting with in a foot just about every time. left it in OK. for him to use but now in Ca. just asked for it to be sent to me sending him a spare I had bought. I never owned any clubs but now almost all ping everything in my bag. good balance and weight for my weak muscles now retired.
Ps. it was also shorter than what ping recommends on their fitting site. they recommended 1/2" shorter I bought a 35" on ebay and it was not good. my shots got much better when I choked up on the shaft by 2", debated cutting it when I contacted my sister to ship the 33" to me (1 1/2" shorter than ping recommends). I'm hooked.
