Sub 30 S2

I bought one of these after making nearly everything in the store.
At first I had trouble getting the distances right and nearly pitched it. But I then settled down and after many rounds with it, cannot imagine using anything else. It is easy to align, I like the center shaft, the weight is good for fast & slow greens and there is something intangable about the color scheme & lines that gives confidence with alignment.
It is a great blade style putter that "feel" players would like, yet it still has enough balance to get those straight putts going on line without doubt. I got rid of the Odyssey 2-ball because it seemed to prevent my own decision on how the ball could reach the hole, i.e.: deliberately pushing or pulling a putt thru impact to fight a hard break.
All-in all, if I could buy another I would - just for back up redundancy since they are no longer made - anyone out there have a lefty version to sell?

I own the NC Gray Series SC1 and i think its great. Good solid feel with good weighting. Doesn't get knocked around throughout the backswing on a windy day( which im sure we've all experienced) and gives a nice re-assuring click when you've nailed it.

The way i'd describe it is "like a brick on the end of the shaft" haha.

I use the NC Gray Matter 2 Mid-Mallet putter and I love it. The head is pretty heavy, which is good because it helps to keep my wrist from breaking. My putter has an alignment bar/thing which is break for lining up putts. The insert feels really good, but when putting uphill I have to use a huge backswing.

i have a nc grey zone 1, and that is the best all around putter i've used. the only complaint i have, is the glare just kills me. i wish they had used some matte paint or somthing. other than that, perfect!

I just purchased a Never Compromise VooDoo putter . I've only used it 4 times but the balance seems good and the sight mark is easy to read. After I get the feel down I think I'll really like it.

I use a Z/I Delta 2. Though the design is dated, in some circles, I've found it to be a putter that does what I ask of it. It's fitted with Lamkin Crossline Pistol grip.

BTW: I also own, additionally, a 2nd brand new Z/1 Delta 2, which will be put into service if the current one is retired/lost/stolen or abducted by aliens...

I've got a Voodoo in one of my spare bags. It's great on really fast greens.
It's probably the softest feeling putter I've ever used. There are 3 courses around here that have fast greens. I keep it around just for them.

26 putts today and two off the fringe. I had my share of Dumb swings, but not with the putter. I may replace my Driver with an old Metal 2 Wood.

I will NOT replace my 'VooDoo'

I've always been a pretty big fan of Never Compromise putters, very solid putter and not ridiculously priced.

I bought a used NC Milled Series 3 at a tent sale last fall for $69 and had the club head refurbished for $20. It looks brand new. I've always wanted one but couldn't justify the price.

The feedback the putter gives me is great and I like the way it feels. Not bad for less than $100.

Re: Never Compromise Putter Review

I have a 2 Year old Never Compromise GZ3 Putter. It is really great for those feel putts.
Their newer putters sound even better. Maybe next year I will check them out especially if the price drops.
