I posted this question elsewhere on this forum earlier today and just realized that this is a better spot for it.

I saw a Ping B90 standup putter at a used sports equipment store. I hit about 10 shots on short pile carpet from about 12 ft and hit every one. I can get this for about $40, and I think I might. It was my first time trying a standup putterand I seemed to do pretty well with it. It is a heavy putter, so it might be to much for some of these racetrack greens we seem to have around here. Just wonder if anyone else had ever used a Ping B90 or any other standup putter and what their thoughts might be? BTW what is the proper term for those looooooooooong shafted putters that you brace against your chest? I just refer to it as a standup putter? Am I just un-informed?
