Hey Gang , I have been a lurker for along time , I enjoy reading these reviews . Well i just bought the Marxman HG Mallett and have played about 36 holes with it . I did not find another review on this putter so i thought this was a good first post for me . As of 36 holes , i have no three putts !! and this is from 3ft. to 20 ft. i cant get over the feel on this thing . it took about 10 strokes on the practice green to get the distance down . it is very very consistant . you get the same sound no matter if you heel it , toe it or hit it on the sweet spot . I have noticed that this putter has helped most from 12 ft. and out . and im not going to BS you and say im hitting everything with it . but it has turned my second put to no more then a three - four ft. shot and most of the time a tap in. but with the HUGE allignment stripe on the top , a thee - four ft. putt is automatic . I can say that this putter as of 36 holes has taken two to three putts off the card per round ..I really like the grip that has alittle bend at the end of it . it feels good in my hands . i guess the best one word description for me would be " SMOOTH " !!!! it really is like slicing warm butter when putting ...

I bought a Marxman blade to re-sell. This should tell you how good it is.....I just got rid of my dream putter, a Scotty Cameron Studio Stainless so I could keep the darn thing!

I have a similar opinion of the SC line...gorgeous and well made putters and would be great as a display item, but I putt better with other putters...
