How about those cowboys!

As a life long fan of the Dallas Cowboys let me say I finally believe after 10 mediocre seasons it is time for Jerry Jones to hire a head coach who cares, find a QB ( with a brain) that can use a varied snap count, and a boatload of players who will remember the history of the franchise was that you never gave up.
Just an opinion.............

That game yesterday was unbelievably embarrassing. Losing to the Redskins in the manners we did this season was a punch in the mouth and gives the entire season a bitter taste. Hopefully they can turn it around and win out at Carolina and against the Rams, but even if they can pull it off, the Redskins will have to lose a game. The line injuries have crippled them this year and I think that needs to be a major focus in the offseason.

However, I thought before this season that they were a year away from being legit contenders, and I stand by that. If they can pull out another draft as stellar as this one, they may have a shot next season.

What I meant to say is that Parcells sometimes looks like he just not into the game. This causes the whole team to give up. Glares don't get it done in 2005. Also Bledsoe could use a varied snap count to throw off the defensive rush. Time after time this year the defense is in our backfield before our guys are out of thier stance. Maybe we could roll out the QB once in awhile too. I too believed that we were one year away but our defense at this time is playing terrible and not playoff calibur.I'm not a fair weathered fan but we've been rebuilding for sometime and I'm ready win, this team could be 12-2 but could also be 4-10. I think it's time to put a little pressure on the big boys who are both on and off the field.

I toasted a beer to the Skins even though the owner is a joke, do like Gibbs though.

I thought the game turned out great. Both games this year are a more accurate reflection of the teams relative strengths. Ok, so I've been a Skins fan since the days of Jurgenson, Taylor & Mitchell. Gibbs seems to have them back on track. Next week should tell the tale with the Skins hosting the Giants and the Boys traveling to NC. They both should win their final game, though.
